The service I received was 💯 from booking my car to be serviced at a date and time which was convenient to me. Providing a courtesy car so I could get to work. Awesome communication on what work was going to be carried out my service. Honest and good feed back if any problems needed to be addressed outside the original service with concerns. Cost, time frame ect. Absolutely no pressure regarding where or who you choose to carry out the repairs. I highly recommend them

We had our car in for a scheduled service and after Cooper Automotive informed us that some parts hadn’t arrived due to things outside their control, they called us and kept us informed until it was repaired a week later. They gave us their courtesy vehicle during that time to use so we were not inconvenienced at all. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.
