2. Roadside HelpWhen you have your car serviced by Cooper Automotive you will receive FREE roadside assistance on your car for a period of six months, here’s how it works: Assistance Coverage
RestrictionsA valid voucher must be presented to the tow operator otherwise all costs will be charged to you. This service will tow your vehicle for a maximum of 25km. After which you will be liable for any excess kilometres, which is to be paid to the tow operator. Only one tow is allowed per breakdown. Accident towing is not covered. This offer does not apply to taxis and vehicles over 3 tonnes. This service is available in the State of Tasmania only. Accredited Repair CentreThe vehicle must be towed to the TACC Accredited Repairer shown on this certificate. If the repair centre is located in excess of 25km of the breakdown location then it will be towed to a TACC Accredited Repairer within 25km, if available. Otherwise to a destination of your choice. Excess kilometres are payable by you. If your vehicle requires towing after hours it will be towed to a secure storage facility for delivery to the TACC Accredited Repairer on the next working day. You will be liable for the second tow. Cover and TerminationThis service is only available for the vehicle detailed on this certificate. We reserve the right to terminate the benefits of Roadside Help without notice at any time. TACC will use its best endeavors but does not guarantee service. You indemnify TACC/Tow Operator for, and waive your rights to claim, any damages/loss arising from use of this service. This certificate must be presented to the tow truck operator otherwise normal charges will apply. Any additional services are to be paid for by you. |
